Insurance and Payment

Please be advised that payment is required at the time of your visit. You can pay Dr. Hoss with Cash, Checks, Mastercard, Visa, and Health Savings Account Cards. We don't take American Express cards, or debit-only cards of any kind.

We don't accept any insurance. Dr. Hoss does not particpate with any insurance companies, and is considered an out-of-network provider. Prior to your visit, you may wish to call your insurance company to find out whether you will be reimbursed for out-of-network services. Dr. Hoss will provide you with an insurance claim form for submission to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please let us know in advance if you have any questions about our charges.
